Hello friends and families,
The holiday season is here, and the staff and board members of Hull Foundation and Learning Center are thankful for your support and hope your year has been as fun and full as ours. Your generous contributions provide help to hundreds of people with varying degrees of sight loss.
![Laura Ericks stated, This year 250 people attended our Zoom workshops and chats, gaining a sense of connection and being part of our community. Through Zoom we provide useful tools and information about technology, low vision aids, safety tips, mental health tips, ways to stay active, and more. Our nine sight loss instructors provided more than 197 people with valuable support by telephone. Your gift will assist our guests to enrich their lives by supporting our continuing and expanding programs. This includes our three-day Living with Sight Loss seminars, more Zoom meetings, and a new seminar supporting families and friends of our guests. We will expand our recreational programs, which challenge our guests by providing events such as rock-climbing, white-water rafting, zip lining, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing and more. The HFLC adventures give guests a sense of freedom and independence.
Your one-time, or monthly gift keeps our facilities safe and ready to welcome individuals and support the journey in learning, enjoying, and expanding their world. You can also give by supporting our new Endowment Fund or making us a recipient of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
We do not receive government funding and rely on you to help us continue the legacy of Oral Hull. Your donations directly support our community who are blind or have limited sight. For example:
